Pittsburgh Polish Restaurant

One of my favorite bars in Pittsburgh is the Bloomfield Bridge Tavern. It is in a terrific spot right in the center of Pittsburgh's Little Italy and is near where my house is. It's great because you can relax outside in the warm summertime, in doors to listen to the music, or sit in the smoking section which is in an sealed deck setting.

There is always a huge variety of music that performs here on Friday and Saturday evenings and they have a Drum & Bass night every Wednesday. On Thursdays, the Bloomfield Bridge Tavern has one dollar bottles from 5pm until 12am, and you absolutely can't compete that. But if you are not into their dollar beer selection, they also maintain a separate drink selection, and that is all realistically priced, as well. The bartenders have been fantastic every time I have stopped by. The employees are all really friendly and polite.

The Bloomfield Bridge Tavern, located inside Pittsburgh's Little Italy, is well-known for their remarkable Polish food. So if you're looking to go there make sure you eat the food! The best choices are the pierogies, the kielbasa, and the stuffed cabbage. All of the items on menu are really affordable, and their pierogies are half-off on Fridays and Saturdays, from 5 pm until 7 pm.

If there is any reason you do not enjoy Polish food or possibly you just aren't feeling very adventurous, the Bloomfield Bridge Tavern has more than just a few menu selections to decide from. For instance, they make wedding soup and chili beans, or if you feel like just a sandwich, then they make a really fantastic tuna melt or fish sandwich. I would unquestionably try the Polish food, though, because it is by far the finest in Pittsburgh.

A companion of mine took me to the Bloomfield Bridge Tavern, as I have lived in Pittsburgh for around 8 years now, and only recently found this place. Since I really enjoy hanging out at the bars, dance to music playing, and experience diverse types of food, my buddy hinted that I might really enjoy this place.

The first time I stopped by, I had never listened to the band that was performing, but they were really good. I also think it's cool that there were all kinds of people hanging out, not just a single type of style. Also, there was a huge age range, so it wasn't like I was drinking with a bunch of immature college-aged kids.

I now visit frequently to listen to the bands and to eat with my good friends. The people in the area are always awesome and it's just a great bar to eat at with your friends. The other cool thing about watching the bands play inside, is that it is non-smoking. There is a deck attached to the bar where you can smoke, but is entirely blocked off from the inside, so if you don't smoke, the smoke will never bother you.

I am really happy that I have been introduced to the Bloomfield Bridge Tavern, as it has become one of my favorite drinking spots in Bloomfield. Between the amazing atmosphere, the high-quality live music, the terrific drink prices, and terrific menu, you really can't find a better place. I would absolutely recommend visiting to the Bloomfield Bridge Tavern, if you have never been there before. But if you have eaten there, then you know how amazing it is. This is one of the coolest places in Pittsburgh's Little Italy to hangout with your friends at!
